Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents Conduct exercises, treatments, and procedures as directed by physical therapists and in accordance with established protocols Maintain accurate records and reports of patient treatments and progress Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to discuss resident care and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Requirements:
Currently certified or eligible to become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in physical therapy or related field preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds About the
