What You'll Do As a Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant, you'll play an important role in both the patient experience and the day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities may include:

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries Scheduling and confirming appointments Checking patients in and out Assisting with patient flow throughout the office Keeping the office clean, organized, and professional Completing laundry and stocking supplies Preparing and resetting treatment rooms Assisting doctors with therapies and treatments that do not require medical licensure Educating patients on office procedures and recommendations Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience Supporting the team wherever needed to help the office run smoothly What We're Looking For A positive, outgoing personality and genuine love for helping people Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependability and a strong work ethic A team-player mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed Coachable, eager to learn, and open to personal and professional growth Previous customer service, front desk, healthcare, or chiropractic experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Part-time hours with a consistent schedule Complimentary chiropractic care/adjustments A fun, supportive, and family-oriented work environment Opportunities for continued learning and development A chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day Growth Opportunities We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
