Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. You will assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, conduct patient evaluations, and provide education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions Conduct patient education sessions to promote independence and self-management Provide support with patient transfers, ambulation, and other mobility activities Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
Education:
PTA licensure
Expeience:
1yr preferred
Certification/Licensure:
Physical Therapist Assistant certification or license
