Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing healthcare team in Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for a motivated PTA who is passionate about patient care, rehabilitation, and improving mobility outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist with physical therapy treatment plans, exercises, and mobility training Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatment, and outcomes Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery techniques, and home exercise programs Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Missouri (Required) Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, sports rehab, or home health (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
