Background and post offer drug screenings required. We are seeking a full-time/in-person Rehab Assistant to work in our Adult Med Rehab Outpatient department. We provide outpatient services, Monday-Friday. Ability KC is founded upon 70 years of mission commitment by both agencies. Under close supervision of physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, occupational therapist or occupational therapist assistant, performs selected, delegated skilled tasks in specific situations. Assists therapist, assistant or student in delivery of care. May assist Speech pathologist, RN or Rehab Assistant as directed.EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent.EXPERIENCE
Six months experience in a health care setting or equivalent technical training in a related health care field.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Flexibility, good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively verbally is required.Job Type:
