Summary We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. In this pivotal role, you will support our chiropractors in delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to our mission of promoting holistic health. Your efforts will directly impact our patients' wellness journeys. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors with patient intake and assessments Provide excellent patient service and support during visits Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness practices Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for patients Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care Stay updated on chiropractic practices and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Compassionate attitude towards patient care MUST have customer service experience. MUST be able to work Mon-Fri between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm.
