Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our chiropractic practice. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient service, placing patients on various therapies and teaching exercises and home therapies, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere
  • Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical history and relevant information
  • Perform patient assessments, such as taking vital signs and recording patient symptoms
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments
  • Educate patients on exercises and stretches as prescribed by the chiropractor
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records
  • Handle billing and insurance claims processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
