Job Description
Golden Family Chiropractic is a busy, family-focused chiropractic practice serving moms, babies, children, and families in the Charlotte area. We are looking for an outgoing, organized, proactive Lead Chiropractic Assistant who loves working with people and wants to become an important part of a small, growing team. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role. You won't be sitting behind a desk all day, and you won't be waiting for someone to give you a checklist of everything that needs to be done. We are looking for someone who notices things, takes initiative, follows through, and genuinely cares about creating an amazing experience for our patients. What You'll Do Your primary responsibilities will include: Performing neurological scans on adults, babies, and children after training Supporting new patient visits, re-exams, and patient flow Helping with check-in and checkout when needed Making sure patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for Helping track patient milestones, re-exams, wellness scans, and other important touchpoints Creating thoughtful patient experiences, including celebrations, gifts, pregnancy/postpartum milestones, reviews, and testimonials Noticing gaps in patient flow or office systems and helping develop solutions Assisting with office events and community engagement Helping with our patient Facebook community, Canva graphics, newsletters, and office content Supporting the Office Manager and doctors while taking ownership of your responsibilities Everyone on our small team is cross-trained and willing to jump in when needed. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Warm, outgoing, and confident talking to people Genuinely comfortable around babies and children Organized and detail-oriented Proactive and able to work independently once trained Reliable and strong with follow-through Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Coachable and receptive to feedback Comfortable learning new technology and systems Creative and excited to contribute ideas Someone who notices what needs to be done instead of always waiting to be asked Previous chiropractic experience is not required . We can teach you our clinical systems and scanning procedures. Experience in healthcare, customer service, hospitality, childcare, sales, marketing, social media, office administration, or other patient/client-facing roles is a plus. Compensation $18-$19/hour based on experience There is opportunity for growth, increased responsibility, and additional compensation as you become established in the role and contribute to the practice.
