We are a small, team-oriented clinic focused on providing individualized care to active individuals and orthopedic patients. We treat a variety of orthopedic conditions, with a significant focus on post-operative rehabilitation. We are looking for a PTA who is comfortable working with orthopedic and post-operative patients and understands the importance of following rehabilitation protocols, appropriately progressing patients, and communicating closely with the supervising Physical Therapist. Responsibilities Provide high-quality physical therapy treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Treat a variety of orthopedic and post-operative patients Follow established rehabilitation protocols and appropriately progress patients through their plan of care Communicate regularly with Physical Therapists regarding patient progress and any concerns Document patient treatment accurately and efficiently Help create a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented environment for patients and staff Qualifications Current North Carolina PTA license Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Experience working with post-operative orthopedic patients preferred Comfortable treating patients following rehabilitation protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Physical Therapy team Motivated, dependable, and committed to providing excellent patient care Position Details Full-time, hourly position Compensation negotiable based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) QSEHRA health insurance stipend Opportunity for growth as the practice continues to expand If you are a PTA who enjoys orthopedic rehabilitation, working with post-operative patients, and being part of a growing team, we would love to hear from you.
