Job Description

Job description We are looking for a versatile and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the South Charlotte area supporting a luxury 55+ community. This unique role offers the best of both worlds: the collaborative environment of our outpatient clinic and the personalized, one-on-one impact of outpatient home visits. This is a perfect opportunity for a PTA who enjoys variety in their day and wants to grow alongside a flourishing practice. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality manual therapy and exercise-based treatments Conduct outpatient home visits for local patients, ensuring they receive top-tier care in a comfortable environment Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress Provide wellness classes or personal training formats for patients
What We're Looking For Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (Outpatient experience preferred)
Licensure:
Active North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license
Flexibility:
Comfortable traveling to community
Professionalism:
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care. Benefits Flexible schedule (~5-10 hours a week) Work Location In person
Compensation Range:
$7 - $8
