Job Description
Resolve Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and energetic Physical Therapy Technician/Aide to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Dunn, NC . This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning more about physical therapy and pursuing a career in healthcare. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong multitasking skills, demonstrates a positive attitude, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with patient care, exercises, and clinic activities Help prepare treatment areas and equipment for patients Support patients during therapeutic exercises and activities Clean and sanitize treatment areas, equipment, tables, and common spaces Vacuum, sweep, mop, and help maintain the overall cleanliness of the clinic Keep the clinic, waiting room, restrooms, and other facility areas neat, organized, and welcoming Answer incoming phone calls and respond to basic patient questions Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out Collect copayments and other patient payments accurately Assist with basic front desk and administrative tasks Work collaboratively with the physical therapy and administrative teams Qualifications Previous physical therapy aide or healthcare experience preferred, but not required On-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate Energetic, dependable, and willing to learn Excellent communication and multitasking skills Comfortable working with patients of various ages and abilities Must live within a short driving distance of Dunn, NC Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Schedule Monday through
