Chiropractic Assistant & Care Coordinator Topsail Chiropractic — Hampstead, NC Position Overview Topsail Chiropractic is seeking a dynamic, detail-driven professional to assist our patient experience and daily clinical flow. In this role, you will serve as the primary guide for our patients, seamlessly steering them through every step of their visit—from arrival and scheduling to financial transactions and therapy setup. You will work closely alongside our existing staff, cross-training across clinic operations to deliver top-tier care. If you are a high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in exceptional client interactions, and loves keeping processes running flawlessly, this position offers a direct path to make a meaningful impact every day. Comprehensive training on our internal systems will be provided.
Key Responsibilities Patient Journey Management:
Front desk responsibilities including greeting patients, managing check-ins, and guiding individuals through their scheduled appointments to minimize wait times and maximize care quality.Scheduling & Communication Mastery:
Oversee clinic schedule, handling incoming phone calls, resolving patient inquiries promptly, and maintaining high appointment retention.Cross-Functional Patient Support:
Cross-train directly with existing team members to assist in clinical care, including preparing treatment rooms, setting up therapy equipment, etc.Financial & Administrative Precision:
Process patient payments accurately, update records, and maintain flawless daily billing administrative tasks.Clinic Standards & Energy:
Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy clinic environment that reflects our commitment to premium health and wellness care.Candidate Profile Patient-Centric Mindset:

8:00 AM- 12:30 PM AND 2:30 PM
- 6:30
PM Friday:
8:00 AM- 12:30 PM Please note: These working hours are required and non-flexible.
