Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk professional to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to support clinical operations, enhance patient experiences, and contribute to a positive healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for patient care. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently, ensuring a smooth patient flow. Assist chiropractors with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and updating records in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiration; document findings accurately. Support clinical staff with basic procedures, including collecting medical records, exam assessments, and assisting with modalities related to physiotherapy or rehabilitation. Manage appointment scheduling, confirm upcoming visits, and handle patient inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and treatment rooms in compliance with health standards. Support administrative tasks such as outlined in standard operating procedures. Qualifications Prior experience in clinic settings or healthcare environments is highly preferred, especially within chiropractic or outpatient practices. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and paid certification is required after 90-day training period. Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support practices is helpful. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent patient service in a respectful manner. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with ICD coding or medication administration support. $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
