Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Opportunities Full-Time | Open to Part-Time & PRN Join a team that is dedicated to helping residents improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes through quality rehabilitation care. We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our growing rehab team in a skilled nursing setting. Whether you are looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN opportunitie s, we would love to connect with professionals who are patient-focused, team-oriented, and passionate about making a difference.
What You'll Do:
Provide skilled therapy services tailored to each resident's individual goals Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and functional mobility Support a positive, compassionate, and outcome-driven rehab environment
What We're Looking For:
Current PT or PTA license in the applicable state Strong communication and documentation skills Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required Team player with a passion for resident care and functional recovery
