Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently. Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance verification processes. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth office operations. Skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where you will play a crucial role in delivering quality care to our patients while enhancing your professional skills in a supportive environment. Hours-Monday through Friday, day shift •Interviews will be starting July 28th, 2026
