Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Chiropractic Clinical Assistant/Physical Therapy Assistant, where your expertise will directly enhance patient care and recovery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, supporting our chiropractor and physical therapists in delivering exceptional treatment experiences. You will be instrumental in assisting with patient intake and therapeutic procedures, ensuring smooth clinic operations and optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Assist the chiropractor and physical therapists with patient care and treatment procedures. Support the preparation of treatment areas, including setting up equipment and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. Provide patient education and guide patients through prescribed therapies and exercises. Document patient interactions accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Support administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining organized medical records. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care across chiropractic, physical therapy and medical disciplines. Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Certified Chiropractic Clinical Assistant (CCCA) or physical therapy assistant (PTA) or ability to obtain certification. Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not required. Basic life support (BLS) certification. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Core Values:
Service Humility Compassion Expected hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-12pm Fri Hourly rate is subject to individual history and experience, and will be discussed during the interview.
