• Physical Therapy Assistant Job Description Join Our Team at Lebanon Center We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Lebanon Center, a leading skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals recovering from illness or injury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of rehabilitation programs
• Conduct patient evaluations, including range of motion assessments, strength evaluations, and gait analysis
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and education on proper use of equipment
• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobilization
• Document patient progress and communicate with multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of [State]
• 1-2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
