Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk! This energetic role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for patients while ensuring smooth clinic operations. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional patient service, managing appointments, and supporting staff with administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for healthcare, this opportunity is perfect for you! This position offers valuable experience in a medical office and patient care. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Schedule appointments, answer phone calls with professional etiquette, collect copays and patient information accurately and update electronic health records (EHR) following HIPAA confidentiality policies Support clinical staff with administrative support tasks such as filing and data entry. Set up patients for required therapies. Maintain cleanliness in exam rooms. Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish is required Prior clinic or medical office experience preferred Excellent computer skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems and patient inquiries professionally Ability to maintain clinical confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Office management skills including appointment scheduling, filing, and documentation review

Wednesday:
9:00a•12p ; 2:30p•6p
Thursday:
8:00a•12p ; 2:30p•6p The office is closed for lunch from roughly 12:30 to 2:30 each day.
