Physical Therapist Assistant ALL OF PAIN, Interventional Pain Physician - 5.0 Englewood Cliffs, NJ Job Details Part-time From $45 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Full Job Description We are looking for a full-time licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients improve their mobility and move forward. You will work closely and under the direction of the physical therapist, treating patients with medical problems or other conditions that limit their ability to move or perform functional activities. Requirements Valid NJ Physical Therapy Assistant License Responsibilities Provides clinical services as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to appropriate residents under physician's orders. Reports to the Physical Therapist information relating to the patient's progress, complication, and/or response to treatment. Assist Physical Therapist in performing procedures, test, and complex treatments to ensure the safe, effective evaluation and treatment of patients. Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises Identify patient's needs and exhibit compassion, caring, and empathy to individual differences Recommend options, courses of action or modifications in selected treatments ensuring patient's progress, safety and comfort Complete documentation to support the delivery of physical therapy services Skills Proven working experience as physical therapist assistant Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards Hands on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training and physical modalities Ability to communicate and instruct effectively Health care administration and documentation skills
Compensation:
$45/hour, Independent Contractor (1099) arrangement
Work Schedule:
Wednesday & Friday, 11am to 7pm

From $45.00 per hour
