Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM. Applicants must be available to work until 7:00 PM on scheduled weekdays. No weekends. Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Description A growing chiropractic and physical therapy clinic in Hackensack is seeking a full time, bilingual (English/Spanish) Chiropractic Assistant / Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinicians. Our facility treats patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, personal injuries, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. We operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. Responsibilities Clinical documentation Treatment coordination and scheduling Set up and break down modalities (electrical stimulation, hot/cold therapy, etc) Maintain organized and clean treatment areas and rehabilitation equipment General office duties including calling, scanning, emailing, and organizing files Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office preferred Comfortable with medical terminology and documentation Strong computer skills (EMR experience is a plus) Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy clinical environment Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Please describe any experience you have working in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or other medical office. This role involves organizing patient intake information and assisting with clinical documentation. Can you briefly describe any experience you have with organization, documentation, or working with detailed information? Our clinic operates primarily on computers and digital records. What experience have you had working with EHR/EMR software? This role requires strong reliability and punctuality. Are you able to consistently work until 7 pm during the week?
