Job Description
Pine Acres Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Ashland, MA seeks a compassionate Physical Therapy Aide/Assistant to support therapists in delivering high-quality rehab services. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, assisting residents with exercises and mobility, safely transporting residents, maintaining equipment, documenting services, and collaborating with nursing and rehab staff. You'll help residents reach functional goals in a resident-centered, homelike environment while building strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills with ongoing mentoring and professional development opportunities.
