Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk

In this vital role, you will assist the chiropractor in providing effective treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure a smooth clinical environment, including in assisting with insurance verifications, scheduling and collecting co-pays. Responsibilities Front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, telephone etiquette, collecting co-pays, and insurance verifications and pre-certifications. Assist chiropractors during treatment sessions, including setting patients up on non-invasive modalities. gather medical history, and document symptoms accurately Educate patients on care plans, post-treatment exercises, and lifestyle modifications for ongoing health benefits Experience Prior experience or strong familiarity in a physical medicine or medical office preferred. Prior experience with health insurance verifications and/or billing is a plus Chiropractic Assistant or Medical Assistant certification recognized, but not mandatory Ability to work with a team and a positive attitude are a must-have.
