We are a boutique outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on personalized 1:1 care, and we're looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our growing team. Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) Growth and learning opportunities Responsibilities
  • Support physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
  • Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities
  • Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
  • Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy area
  • Provide excellent patient service and support throughout their rehabilitation journey Experience
  • Prior experience in an acute care, outpatient clinic, or hospital setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is beneficial
  • Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and treatments is a plus
  • Strong patient care skills and the ability to provide compassionate care
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Pay:
