Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time | $35-$42/hr + Benefits |
Lafayette, NJ Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Lafayette, NJ. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a consistent caseload and strong clinical team. We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation & Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
Provide skilled therapeutic intervention and services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Follow all facility regulations and guidelines, including confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Adhere to scheduled hours and maintain a professional demeanor at all times Document patient progress and provide caregiver/patient education as appropriate Communicate regularly with supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and clinical needs Ensure safe treatment practices, monitor patient response, and modify interventions as needed
Requirements:
Valid PTA license (NJ required) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred Familiarity with Rehab Optima (or similar EMR) preferred New graduates welcome to apply
