We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic rehabilitation team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, a state-of-the-art center that offers cutting-edge post-acute care and rehabilitation services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, promoting independence, and supporting our mission to Revolutionize Care Delivery .
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans, conducting exercises and interventions, and monitoring patient progress Prepare and maintain treatment areas, including cleaning and organizing equipment and supplies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and revise patient treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal care and outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction About the
