Rose Mountain Care Center About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in our skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. If you love helping seniors regain their mobility, independence, and quality of life, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You'll Do Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to improve residents' strength, balance, gait, and functional mobility Treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic medical records system Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment Report directly to the Physical Therapist and Director of Rehabilitation What We're Looking For Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of New Jersey (or eligible to obtain) New grads welcome!
