Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions, document clinical assessments accurately, and communicate findings effectively to the healthcare team. Operate medical equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper use in accordance with clinical protocols. Maintain meticulous medical documentation adhering to clinical standards and electronic health records (EHR) management practices. Support discharge planning by preparing detailed reports on patient progress and recommending ongoing care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to optimize patient care outcomes and ensure seamless treatment transitions. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, and related medical terminology. Proficiency in clinical assessment documentation and adherence to medical documentation standards. Skilled in manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and other physiotherapy interventions. Experience operating medical equipment used in physical therapy settings with safety and precision. Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams effectively. Familiarity with skilled nursing facilities, and nursing home settings.
