What This Role Actually Requires This is a high-performance position , not a passive one. At any given moment, you may be: Managing multiple patients at once Answering phones and converting inquiries into scheduled appointments Assisting with treatments and keeping flow efficient Anticipating needs before being told Keeping the entire clinic running smoothly under pressure You must be able to stay focused, think clearly, and execute quickly —even when it's busy.
