$32.00/hour•$36.00/hour Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Rehab team on a full-time, permanent basis. The PTA will provide quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their individualized treatment goals. Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy interventions in accordance with the PT's established plan of care. Monitor and document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and response to therapy. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities. Support patient education and home exercise programs. Communicate patient status, progress, and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, infection control standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support quality patient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program . Active New Jersey PTA license or ability to obtain one. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow established treatment plans and work effectively under the supervision of a licensed PT. Ability to collaborate with patients, families, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Why Join Us?
