Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through prescribed exercises Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Passion for patient care and rehabilitation
