We've been operating for 3+ years with 30+ active therapy contractors across the Texas-New Mexico border region. Founded and run by a practicing clinician — not a staffing recruiter — so the people making decisions about your caseload, your zones, and your pay are people who do the work. Las Cruces is an active market expansion for us right now. We're growing our Southern New Mexico home health operations and looking to add reliable PTAs across the NM border region. Same per-visit rates as our El Paso coverage. Steady, growing patient volume. What You'll Do Treat home health patients in their homes across Las Cruces and the surrounding NM border region under plans of care established by our supervising PT Carry out therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and patient/family education Document visits in the partner agency's EMR (WellSky/Kinnser, HCHB, MatrixCare, or Axxess — we train you on whichever applies) Communicate with the supervising PT on patient progress, plan of care changes, and discharge planning Choose your zones (e.g., focus on Las Cruces only or include Sunland Park / Anthony / Chaparral) and your visit volume — we work around your availability, not the other way around Pay and Earnings $45 to $50 per visit — same rate as our El Paso coverage Real weekly earnings examples based on visit volume: 10 visits/week: ~$450

• 75,000+ Fast direct deposit — paid biweekly 1099 contractor — you handle your own taxes; rates are higher than typical W2 outpatient PTA pay to account for this Licensure — Including for Texas-Licensed PTAs Active New Mexico PTA license in good standing, OR Active Texas PTA license with NM compact privilege through the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact Both Texas and New Mexico are members of the PT Licensure Compact, which includes PTAs.

A Texas-licensed PTA in good standing can apply online for New Mexico compact privilege — typically processed in 1-4 weeks, renewed annually. This lets you work in NM without going through a full second-state licensure application.
