Established Chiropractic Office Seeking a Professional, Friendly & Dependable Team Member We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and personable Chiropractic Receptionist & Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, energetic, compassionate, and enjoys working with patients . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in providing outstanding patient service while helping maintain an efficient and welcoming office. Responsibilities Greet patients in a warm, professional manner Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Manage patient records and office paperwork Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing Collect copays and patient balances Assist the chiropractor with patient flow and treatments Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized office Communicate with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans Handle general administrative and office duties Provide exceptional customer service to every patient Qualifications Previous chiropractic, medical, or healthcare office experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Computer proficiency Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Chiropractic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
