Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. This position assists the physical therapist .Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in providing treatment plans and exercises for patients
- Implement therapeutic exercise programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises at home
- Administer modalities such as ultrasound therapy and electrical stimulation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
