Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Temporary Full-Time to Per Diem | $31.21 - $35.19 per hour , based on licensure date and experience •This Per diem role operates under different pay rates, benefits eligibility, and employment terms compared to other employment statuses. About the
Role:
The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role supports resident mobility and functional goals, documents treatment sessions accurately, and communicates effectively with the therapy team and interdisciplinary partners.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant and demonstrate the ability to follow established plans of care, maintain compliance with professional standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Skilled nursing experience is preferred.
