Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Northern Manhattan Rehab and Nursing Center New York, NY $30-$34/hour Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, and regain independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Work with residents on strength, balance, gait, mobility, endurance, and functional activities Follow individualized treatment plans based on each resident's goals Monitor progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team Why Join Our Team?
