PTA PRN Stern Therapy Consultants Tonawanda, NY Job Details PRN $34 - $35 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Full Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - PRN Safire Rehab of Northtowns Tonawanda, NY $35/hour We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This flexible opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule while making a meaningful impact on resident care.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist Assist residents with mobility training, therapeutic exercises, balance activities, and transfer techniques Carry out individualized treatment programs designed to improve strength, safety, and functional independence Monitor resident response during therapy sessions and communicate updates to the PT Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support quality resident outcomes Complete accurate and timely documentation
