Role:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in our subacute rehab program, providing top-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with our physical therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgery. Our state-of-the-art rehab technology and modern facilities ensure that you will have the resources you need to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to physical therapists Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient treatments and progress Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Possess a current New York State license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay $28.00-$38.00/hour
