What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence Build meaningful connections with residents and cheer them on through milestones Accurately document treatments and progress Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch care
