Compensation & Schedule Estimated Compensation:
$40-$50 per visit (varies by assignment and hiring organization) PRN, Part-Time & Full-Time opportunities Flexible scheduling based on your availability Opportunities may include weekday, evening, weekend, or holiday visits Compensation varies based on the assignment , hiring organization , and experience Why Consider Home Health? Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist . Assist patients in improving mobility , strength , balance , endurance , and functional independence . Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs , safe mobility techniques , and proper use of assistive devices. Observe, document, and communicate patient progress and changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist . Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Physicians, Nurses , and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation . Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all clinical , ethical , and regulatory standards. QualificationsRequired Active Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Current automobile insurance Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Preferred Home Health experience preferred, but not required Experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Outpatient, Inpatient, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care Familiarity with Medicare Home Health documentation Strong communication , organization , and patient care skills Work Environment Patient care provided directly in patients' homes Flexible assignments based on availability and location preferences Assignments throughout the Columbus metropolitan area Who Should Apply?
