We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to our chiropractic staff and ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for helping others. A background in healthcare is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment procedures such as massage therapy, setting patients up on soft tissue therapies, and helping transition patients throughout the clinic. Manage patient scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining an organized calendar, recalls and communication with patients via the text line utilized within the clinic. Perform administrative tasks such as filing patient records and managing office supplies. Utilize software Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment. Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about their treatments. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist with diverse patient needs.
