Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing therapy equipment for doctor-ordered procedures Performing Shockwave Therapy under the direction of the ordering doctor Monitoring patient progress and providing an excellent patient experience Helping coordinate patient care and flow throughout the office Scheduling appointments and managing patient follow-up Entering and maintaining accurate patient information Answering phones and directing calls appropriately Explaining treatment procedures and doctor instructions to patients Presenting Therapy Financial Plans Maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming therapy environment The person we're looking for is: Friendly and genuinely enjoys helping people Energetic and positive Comfortable talking with patients Organized and able to multitask A strong team player Confident and professional Eager to learn and grow Passionate about making a difference in people's lives Why Peak Family Chiropractic?
