Oak Harbor, OH Join Our Team! Concept Rehab is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Oak Harbor, OH! If you're a compassionate, motivated PTA who enjoys making a difference in the lives of patients, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist Develop positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence Document treatment and patient progress accurately Collaborate with an experienced rehabilitation team What We're Looking For Current PTA license in Ohio Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Experience in a skilled nursing or senior living setting is a plus Why Concept Rehab?
