Job Description

Front desk Chiropractic Assistant plays a pivotal leadership role with our team and in the lives of our patients. You are the air traffic controller of our office, you will be working with the Back office CA as a team to direct the flow of the office during patient hours. This requires very strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and communication with team members and patients. You will be responsible for adminstrative duties. Skills Required Because of the direct impact you will have on patient's lives, it is imperative that you take ownership of a healthy life yourself that is congruent and disciplined with them in your own life. This will show in your actions and words. Must be caring and have a strong desire to help others. Self motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with insurance companies, patients and team members. Strong ability to stay calm, focused, and be in present time in a fast-paced environment. Organized and tidy Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, and Word Strong math skills Primary Duties Complete opening and closing procedures Schedule appointments Answer phones Billing and communicating with insurance companies Data entry Collection Calls Confirmation calls Collecting Money (copay's etc) Some accounting skills
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle long periods of standing and movement.
Time Requirements:
40 hours a week. You will have a set schedule, but at times may be asked to arrive or leave at a different time to avoid overtime.
