Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Clinic Join Our Team! Are you a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant who enjoys helping patients reach their goals in a positive, energetic environment? We're looking for a dedicated PTA to join our growing outpatient physical therapy clinic. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy working with an upbeat team, and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional activities. Monitor patient progress and accurately document treatments. Educate patients on home exercise programs and healthy movement strategies. Collaborate with therapists and staff to create an exceptional patient experience. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment. What We're Looking For Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
