Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at R Chiropractic Recovery and Wellness. This is an on-site, full-time position (Monday-Thursday) with Competitive pay , plus opportunities for raises and performance-based bonuses. We also provide wellness benefits to support your health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform chiropractic insurance billing with accuracy and timeliness. Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records. Assist patients with therapies, ensuring proper setup and guidance. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment. Support the doctor and team with various administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in chiropractic insurance billing is required. Associate's degree or higher is preferred but not required. Strong technical skills and comfort with computer systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional, respectful, and a true team player . Positive, energetic, and friendly personality to create a welcoming patient experience.
Schedule & Pay:
On-site position, Monday through Thursday . Full-time schedule. Competitive pay , with opportunities for raises and bonuses. Wellness benefits included.
