Monday-Friday, 8‑hour days. Start time must be consistently communicated with Director of Rehab; start time must be before 6:00 AM and no later than 10:00 AM. No weekends, no on-call.

$1,407 / 35-hours Required Qualifications Active PTA license at time of submission — required and must remain active. [

] 1+ year PTA experience — required. LTC or Rehab experience — required. New grads considered only if they have Level II clinical experience (Level I observation alone is not acceptable). Resume — required. Skills checklist completed within the past 1 year — required. 0-1 reference at time of submission — required. Must be submitted at the posted bill rate. Candidates submitted at a higher requested rate will be redirected. Notes Candidates submitted above the posted bill rate will be redirected; submission must match the posted rate. Ensure all required documents and active licensure are in place at time of submission.
