Ada, OK Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a long-term care facility in Ada, OK. The PTA will provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include administering therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and assistive devices; assessing patient progress; documenting treatment outcomes; and collaborating with the healthcare team. The position requires adherence to regulatory and clinical practice standards, active state licensure, and participation in team meetings, trainings, and documentation requirements. The PTA may also support supervision of students as needed.
