Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant

Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant (Full-Time) We are a well-established, multi-disciplinary chiropractic practice with 2 clinic locations in the Oklahoma City/Norman areas , dedicated to providing exceptional care in a compassionate and professional environment. We are currently seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals to join our team as Chiropractic Assistants .

What We're Looking For:

We are searching for dependable, detail-oriented, and people-focused individuals who are passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate will be bilingual , professional, compassionate, and capable of helping patients feel safe and comfortable during their appointments. Flexibility and willingness to travel between clinics when needed is required.

Responsibilities:

Front Office Duties:

Answering phones and greeting/checking in & out patients Data entry of patient information into our EHR system Scheduling and confirming future appointments General administrative and front desk support

Back Office Duties:

Assisting chiropractic doctors with patient triage Supporting patients with active and passive therapies as directed by the doctor Ensuring patient comfort and safety during treatments
