Full time opening for Physical Therapist Assistant in Home Health and Hospice company in Brookings, OR.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

We offer a number of comprehensive programs that include Hospice, Home Health, Social Services, Lifeline and more. In addition, we also have an outpatient rehabilitation physical therapy clinic providing orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurological rehabilitation.

Compensation:

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are offering home health care and hospice in the patient's homes throughout all of Curry County Oregon. Our passionate staff provide nursing and therapy services to a mostly geriatric population but also adults including post-op and post-acute. We service all of Curry County, so our employees have a variety of unique communities where they can choose to live. So whether you prefer to live up a river, deep in a forest, or down by the sea, you'll find the perfect place to call home. Your responsibilities will be to perform physical therapy care to patients in their homes according to their POC along with proper documentation. You should be a PTA that is generally happy, good with patients and can communicate well with coworkers.
