This position is ideal for someone passionate about movement, posture, mobility, and helping people improve how they feel and function every day. This role will involve hands-on training with our current movement specialist, Shane, who will personally train the new team member in our movement and corrective exercise systems before transitioning out of the role. We utilize a whole-body, proactive approach to care that combines acupuncture, massage therapy, movement therapy, and functional rehabilitation. Our providers work together closely to help patients move better, reduce pain, and improve long-term health outcomes. What You'll Do Guide patients through posture correction and mobility-based exercise programs Learn and apply Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) principles and corrective movement strategies Support patients with strength, stability, flexibility, and movement retraining Work collaboratively with acupuncturists and massage therapists as part of an integrated care team Build strong relationships with patients through encouragement, accountability, and communication Continue developing clinical and coaching skills through mentorship and ongoing education What We're Looking For Licensed PTA Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset Passion for movement, fitness, rehabilitation, and helping others Open to coaching, mentorship, and continued professional growth Experience with mobility training, corrective exercise, posture work, or rehabilitation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person What Makes This Position Unique Direct mentorship and training from Shane before transition Training in FRC and advanced posture/movement systems Collaborative, supportive clinic culture Opportunity to grow within an innovative proactive health practice Meaningful work helping patients improve quality of life naturally
